We are currently searching for a Marketing Specialist and Sales Assistant to join uworkin in Charters Towers, QLD. This is a full-time position with varying hours including weekends on a rotating roster.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain two websites to a high standard
* Upload products and manage inventory
* Design graphics for in-store and online use
* Create engaging content and maintain social media presence
* Achieve online sales targets
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
* Support sales teams in our stores
* Manage inventory, process payments and handle returns
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues
Required skills and experience:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Proficiency in marketing techniques and platforms preferred
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
