About the Role
* Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
* Deliver evidence-based therapy services in community and/or clinic environments
* Support clients to improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities
* Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications as required
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation

* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
