About The Role Reporting to the Managing Partner, this high profile role will be instrumental in the successful implementation and elevation of a centralised marketing function which will support multiple offices across the APAC region. Working closely with the Partnership, this role will lead a single view of brand and marketing to elevate the brand, deliver consistent messaging and solidify its position as a thought leader. Supported by a growing and dispersed marketing team, the role will operate as an enabler of the firm's growth channels including business development and sales performance, talent attraction and retention. Working in partnership with other enablement functions, the successful candidate will leverage the brand and promote the firm's vast discipline and geographic service offerings. About You As the most senior marketing leader within the business, you are a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking, creative flair and analytical acumen to strengthen the firm's marketing and brand positioning and achieve the business objectives. The role is pivotal in driving growth, brand recognition and market share. With the ability to see the bigger picture, then build out a robust strategy to deliver on innovation and growth, this role would suit those who are just as effective on the tools as much as developing the long-term vision and strategy. You are a confident marketer yet humble, holding your own when engaging with executive stakeholders. You are an excellent and compelling communicator who can support the business through this growth period and comfortably educate internal leaders.
Competencies: Minimum 10 years in strategic planning and execution, business development or management consulting, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams. In depth knowledge of the professional services industry, including trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach, driven by a passion for driving growth, innovation, and organisational excellence. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use client feedback and data to drive improvements. Extensive client experience management with demonstrated success in implementing CX strategies and achieving results. Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, e.g. Salesforce, for managing client data and interactions. Demonstrated experience with marketing and data analytics tools and platforms for tracking and analysing marketing performance, data analysis and reporting. High level experience in stakeholder management in a matrix structure, including team and individual development.
