About the role
Join the dynamic team at Parker Air Solutions' as a full-time Air conditioning installer. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of high-quality air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial customers over Brisbane. This hands-on role will allow you to utilise your technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Install new air conditioning units and systems according to manufacturer specifications
* Perform routine maintenance and servicing of existing air conditioning equipment
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning systems
* Provide advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable air conditioning solutions for their needs
* Liaise with customers to schedule appointments and manage project timelines
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
* Provide high-quality customer service at all times
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Minimum 1 year post apprenticeship experience as an air conditioning installer/ technician
* Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and ability to diagnose and repair faults
* Must hold both ARCTick licence and restricted electrical licence
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
* A valid C class (car licence) driver's licence is required for this position
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
* Australian work rights are required for this position
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
