About the Role
Applications are sought from suitably experienced Compliance Officers to join the Supply and Procurement team at Echuca Regional Health. This position is responsible for maintaining the internal Contract Register and ensuring HSV compliance for consumables and services procured under Government Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure HealthShare Victoria (HSV) compliance for stock, vendor catalogues, and non-stock items across ERH, KDHS & CDH.
* Maintain and update the Contract Register, including new contracts, renewals, and compliance checks.
* Source alternate stock items using HSV collective agreements.
* Update stock and non-stock details in Oracle (supplier changes, pricing, product codes).
* Coordinate staff scheduling in Kronos and make adjustments as required.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve best outcomes.
* Provide administrative support and assist the Supply team when needed.
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested.
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
Qualifications / Experience Required
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment.
* High level of organisational and time‑management skills.
* Sound knowledge of medical products.
* Knowledge and experience in maintaining creditor system.
* Knowledge of manual handling procedures.
