The Opportunity This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting positive outcomes for staff across the organisation. You'll provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, industrial matters, and change management, while also mentoring and leading a small HR team.
