Key responsibilities Support delivery of major refurbishment upgrade and modernisation projects across critical assets.
1. Own scopes, specs and designs that drive quality and technical clarity.
2. Spot risks early and put strong technical and safety controls in place.
3. Drive the full engineering lifecycle from concept to commissioning to closeout.
Skills & experience
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience with hydropower rotating plant or refurbishment work.
* Strong capability in design specification and problem solving.
* Proven experience with HV equipment or control systems.
* Ability to manage engineering lifecycle for complex projects.
* Confident communicating technical advice to diverse stakeholders.
* Background in onsite activities such as testing or commissioning.

* Competitive salary package with annual review process. Salary ranges from $117986 to $163308 depending on experience.
* Salary package options, ability to accrue time in lieu and overtime super. OT also paid.
