Handling company registrations; Maintaining and updating corporate registers for subsidiaries and foreign entities; Drafting corporate documents, including director changes, share transactions, and company restructures; Supporting transactional matters, including acquisitions and disposals of companies; Conducting due diligence and corporate legal audits; and Providing corporate compliance guidance to local and international offices. What are we looking for? 3 years of experience in similar role; Strong understanding of corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements; Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills; Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and Due to the nature and requirements of this role, we cannot consider candidates currently studying.
