What You'll Do:
• Oversee daily store operations, including alterations, dry cleaning, and finishing services
• Lead, train, and schedule staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Track sales, expenses, and store performance to meet business goals
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in retail management, dry cleaning, or tailoring/alteration services
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organized
• Basic financial knowledge and ability to manage store performance
