We are currently recruiting a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of premium media channels, platforms, and digital assets.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with media agencies and key clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver strategic, creative advertising solutions that align with client goals. Working seamlessly with internal teams, your ability to negotiate, present compelling proposals, and lead cross-platform responses will be key to your success.

Position Responsibilities
* Drive Revenue & Growth Meet individual, team, and company KPIs consistently, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by acquiring new advertisers while retaining relationships with existing clients.
* Build Relationships Maintain a strong market presence (including face-to-face meetings) to build and nurture relationships with media agencies and clients, ensuring mutual objectives are met. Understand agency structures (strategy, planning, buying) to navigate different business units effectively.
* Creative Strategy & Sponsorships Develop creative, timely proactives that generate new advertising opportunities. Negotiate and manage high-profile sport and entertainment sponsorships with valued client partners.
* Campaign Management Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Ensure accurate booking schedules, adhere to Trading team guidelines, and conduct thorough post-campaign analysis.
* Tracking & Forecasting Track revenue progress, report against targets, and accurately forecast client/agency revenue, share, and intel on a regular basis.
* Product Expertise Understand channel partner products and content thoroughly to optimize revenue opportunities across partner groups.
* Mentorship Mentor a coordinator by monitoring their performance against targets and KPIs, providing training and guidance where required.

Your Stakeholders establishing the best possible communication systems is key to this role. You will collaborate closely with;

* Internal Foxtel Media Traffic (Broadcast), Trading Intelligence, Centralised Trading Team, Entertainment Partnerships, Client Solutions, Finance, and Digital Sales counterparts.
* External Media agency key contacts—Trading & Business Managers, Directors, and Business Management across all key units.
The ideal candidate will bring the following experience
* Experience 2+ years experience working in Media sales, either agency or in-house.
* Industry Passion A strong interest in sport and entertainment—we believe understanding what excites our audience makes all the difference. Experience within the sports industry is highly desirable, as is a broader passion for the Australian media landscape.
* Relationship Management Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships within the media landscape. Experience managing media agency relationships and a proactive approach to closing new business.
* Pitching & Presentation Ability to create, respond to, and confidently present briefs and proposals, including well-structured documentation for both reactive and proactive pitches.
* Operational Excellence Detail-oriented with strong prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Technical capability in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Leadership & Communication Excellent written and oral communication, clear decision-making ability under pressure, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
