As we continue to expand, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Design Consultant to drive strategic growth, develop major accounts, lead the sales team and contribute to the long‑term direction of our sales function.

About the Role — Senior, Strategic and Relationship‑Driven
As our Senior Interior Design Consultant, you will:
Lead the development and management of major accounts across government, commercial, architectural and design sectors.
Proactively generate high‑value opportunities and convert them into ongoing partnerships.
Manage complex sales cycles, including tender responses, large‑scale proposals and solution‑based selling.
Provide strategic insight to leadership on market trends, pricing, product development and client needs.
Represent Creative Systems at a senior level in meetings, presentations and industry events.
Mentor and support junior team members as the sales function grows.
Collaborate internally to ensure seamless delivery outcomes across operations, design and manufacturing.
This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, people‑focused, and confident operating at a senior level.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 5–7+ years of proven success in B2B sales, account management or business development.
Experience handling major accounts, complex sales cycles or large commercial tenders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
High commercial acumen and the ability to understand client drivers, budgets and decision processes.
Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, architects, designers or procurement teams.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and professionalism.
Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.
A valid driver's licence and ability to obtain required clearances.
A background in commercial furniture, construction, architectural products, design solutions or related sectors will be highly regarded.
