Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to develop, edit and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user guides, training materials, FAQs, and system documentation.
* Develop comprehensive user guides, technical manuals and instructional content to support software applications and hardware systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, clarify requirements and ensure accuracy in documentation.
* Maintain version control and organised documentation repositories to facilitate efficient information retrieval and updates.
* Produce communication materials supporting organisational change and user adoption initiatives.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in technical writing within ICT environments.
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality, engaging content that meets accessibility standards.
* Active NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
* Experience in process improvement and user-centred design principles.
