Executive Assistant to The Hospitality Guru The Hospitality Guru is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a proactive, organised and driven Executive Assistant to support Mohammad in his day-to-day operations as he consults restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses across Sydney. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and wants to be part of transforming venues into unforgettable experiences. About the Role As Mohammad’s Executive Assistant, you’ll work both alongside him on site and independently from home, supporting the consulting process from start to finish. Your role will help streamline operations, enhance communication, and keep projects moving with clarity and precision. You’ll be responsible for: • General administrative support • Calendar and schedule organisation • Drafting and writing client Scope of Works • Liaising with business owners, managers and teams • Basic social media assistance (posting, caption drafts, content organisation) • Supporting on-site tasks during venue visits and consultations This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-person days and remote work depending on project needs. Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who is: • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Professional, confident and great at communicating • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines at once • Comfortable in the hospitality environment (cafés, restaurants, bars) • Tech-savvy with basic social media knowledge • A natural problem-solver who can work independently • Someone who thrives working closely with a founder and being their right hand Experience in hospitality or consulting is a bonus, but not essential.
