About The Role
As a Casual Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Working across multiple channels, you'll respond to inquiries and deliver professional, exemplary support via face‐to‐face, phone and email interactions. You'll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks or inquiries.
All levels of experience are considered, including candidates with no prior experience.
Skills and Experiences
* Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer‐first approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel and Teams.
* Flexibility: this office‐based role requires two rotating shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
* The skill to multi‐task and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
* A self‐starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
