The Role
You'll be part of a high-performing trust accounting team and your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience. Roles will be tailored to suit junior to senior-level applicants, and may include:
• Managing trust accounts for residential property portfolios (from small to 1000+ properties)
• Accurate data entry for supplier and tenant invoices
• Client invoicing and uploads to trust accounting software
• Reconciliation of daily and monthly trust bank accounts
• Handling email enquiries and client support
• Correcting BPAY returns and managing banking uploads
• Mentoring junior team members (senior applicants only)
• Acting as the escalation point for complex trust matters (senior applicants only)
• Assisting with the continual improvement of internal systems and processes
The Candidate
Whether you're a junior with strong admin skills or a seasoned Trust Manager — if you have a background in real estate and a passion for numbers, this role could be a great fit.
We're looking for:
• Experience in real estate trust accounting (any level)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Organised, detail-oriented and a great multitasker
• Experience using Property Me and/or Property Tree
• Ideal for junior administrators, ex-property managers, or senior trust professionals
