RETAIL Shop Manager Position vacant in Ocean Grove!
I Love This Shop is coming to Ocean Grove! We offer a fun and fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background (min 3 to 5 years) in retail management minimum at shop manger assistant/or management level combined with exceptional customer service skill.
You will enjoy working in our dynamic and amazing team if you are open to learn, enthusiastic and reliable, able to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
* Organising daily tasks for a smooth operation of a high-volume retail store.
* Creative implementing and maintaining an exceptional level of merchandising and store presentation standards.
* Coaching and supporting members of your team 'leading by example' to achieve goals as a team
* Maximising in store efficiencies to deliver profitable outcomes and achieve KPI's
* You inspire with a 'hands on mentality'
