About Our Client
Our client is as ASX listed retailer.
Job Description
* Analyse revenue, sales, and margin performance across customer, product, and branch levels, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Conduct customer and product profitability reviews to guide segmentation, pricing, and product mix decisions.
* Prepare and maintain branch-level reporting, partnering with regional and branch managers to support performance improvement.
* Support revenue assurance activities including rebate validation, revenue recognition checks, and bonus calculation accuracy.
* Manage rebate tracking, pricing analysis, and discount impact assessments to protect and enhance profitability.
* Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support timely and accurate commercial insights.
* Partner with sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to deliver reporting packs, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
* Lead or contribute to commercial projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including pricing optimisation, margin enhancement, and BI/reporting automation.
The Successful Applicant
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or similar
* CA/CPA qualification or working towards
* Experience with Pronto advantageous
* A genuine ability to build strong internal and external relationships and influence decision making
* Strong communication skills
* Initiative + curiosity, dig into the 'why' and challenge the status quo.
* Strong technical accounting foundations
* Available immediately or at short notice
