About the Role:

* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Strike, Holey Moley and B.Lucky & Sons in Fremantle, WA.

1. Lead with Energy: Be a hands-on, guest-focused leader who motivates your team to create unforgettable experiences.

2. Boost Revenue: Run amazing shifts, drive up and cross selling to enhance the guest experience and go the extra mile to wow our guests.

3. Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into the ultimate FUN destination.

4. Support Your Team: Inspire and coach a high-energy team of customer service, bartender and function host pros.
">
5. Handle Operations: Take on front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more.
">
6. Cultivate Culture: Build a collaborative, inclusive vibe that makes coming to work exciting.
">
7. Grow and Shine: Develop your skills and those of your team while mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue.

The Ideal Candidate:

">
* Minimum 1 year people management experience.
">
* A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
">
* Availability to work nights and weekends.
">
* An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
">
* Experience in driving revenues on shift.
">
* Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude.
">
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
">
* Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities.
">
* Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet.
">
* Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders.
">
