We are seeking a skilled property assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and resolving complex claims in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by delivering quality claim outcomes.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including claimants and repairers, to drive decision making and achieve positive results.
* Evaluate indemnity, liability, costs, and the validity of building scope of works.
* Analyze remediation claims and identify defects through utilising Australian Standards and National Construction Code.
About you
1. A recognised trade qualification or loss assessment certification is essential for this position.
Broad experience working on multiple projects simultaneously would be beneficial.,
