Job Role: Food Preparation Assistant
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, efficiency and supporting kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support chefs with food preparation duties.
* Maintain clean workstations and adhere to health and safety standards.
* Load and unload the dishwasher efficiently.
* Occasionally support front of house staff with glassware cleaning.
* Carry out additional cleaning and preparation duties as directed by the Head Chef.
