About the role International Student Services (ISS) Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient and responsive administrative support to the ISS team and International Education Services (IES).
The role delivers a range of administrative functions to support the day-to-day coordination of international student enrolments, homestay accreditation, and student homestay placement teams.
The position provides accurate and timely customer service and operational support across ISS team and IES.
It is responsible for administering a variety of systems, documents, and information, including the sensitive handling of queries and communications from homestays, school personnel, agents, parents or legal guardians.
Qualifications Essential: Nil.
Desirable: Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and the ability to speak a language other than English (particularly one that reflects countries where IES has existing engagement) would be an advantage.
Special conditions The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
