Corporate Finance Advisor | Mergers and Acquisitions Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) department, you will play a crucial role in supporting deal execution across various industries.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the origination, execution, and closure of M&A transactions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and present strategic proposals, financial models, and other relevant documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
To succeed in this position, you should possess strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and M&A advisory. Your experience working on transactional deals is essential. Proficiency in financial modeling software such as Excel or Bloomberg is also required.
