We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Campus Activity Coordinator. As a key member of our Programs Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional student experiences through innovative events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and curate enjoyable and student-centric events, fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and creativity.
* Create, develop, and plan self-directed events, taking charge of the entire project.
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop annual programs of events / coordination of campus and online events.
* Assist in marketing for events.
Essential Criteria:
* Current University of Sydney Student.
* An active USU Membership.
* Experience in event planning.
* Experience working within a set budget.
* Understanding of Clubs & Societies program, as well as experience on an executive.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work flexible hours as occasional evening work may be required.
* Available for an interview of approximately 30 minutes.
* Available on a designated training day.
Benefits:
* Paid $35.73 per hour + 12% superannuation.
