We're seeking a leader who is passionate about customer experience at a premium level. A VM who can execute activations, build strong relationships within the local community, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team.
As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing high-volume food & beverage lead venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

Essential Requirements
5+ years of Venue Management experience Proven experience managing high-volume F&B Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully State based qualifications Approved Managers License
