ElectraNet is seeking an experienced professional to lead the identification, development, and pursuit of contestable opportunities in a highly competitive market. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth by leading the end-to-end bid lifecycle for major projects, from opportunity identification through to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks.
* Assemble and manage multi-disciplinary bid teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of submissions.
* Translate complex technical solutions into commercially compelling proposals.
* Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners to negotiate and secure high-value contracts.
Requirements
* Significant experience in pre-contracts and bid management, ideally within infrastructure or energy sectors.
* A deep understanding of the project lifecycle—from concept through delivery—and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to present ideas with clarity and impact.
