About the Role
* Oversee day-to-day bar operations to uphold premium standards
* Responsible for stock control, supplier relations and COGs management
* Stay up to date with seasonal cocktail and wine selections
* Partnering with local suppliers to create seasonal and stand out promotions
* Ensuring smooth service during both day-to-day trade and private functions, working closely with the kitchen and events team
* Maintain strict compliance with licensing, RSA and workplace safety standards
* Be the face of the venue – welcoming guests, managing atmosphere (music, lighting, temperature) and building relationships and loyalty with our guest
About You
* 3+ years of bar/hospitality management experience, preferably in premium venues
* Strong beverage knowledge across wine, spirits and cocktails – and a genuine passion for quality
* Proven leadership experience in a similar role
* Approachable and calm while working under pressure
* Skilled in stock control, team rostering and training
* Detail-driven, creative and committed to a high-end guest experience
* RSA, Approved Manager Card and Food Safety Certification required
