Job Title: Business Development Leader
This position will oversee commercial, contractual, and legal aspects of engineering and execution projects.
* Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements.
* Provide input on tender submissions, proposals, and bid governance, ensuring they align with company guidelines.
* Undertake reviews within the framework of relevant policies and manuals.
* Offer in-house advice on contractual rights, obligations, liabilities, and risk exposures.
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks across project scopes.
* Develop and review risk registers, insurances, indemnities, and warranties.
* Advise project leadership on risk exposure and recommended mitigation strategies.
* Establish strong relationships with clients, partners, contractors, and suppliers.
This role requires a Bachelor of Laws degree and at least 10 years of experience in commercial/contract management in EPCM, engineering, resources, or major projects.
