Job Description
The Tatura factory is responsible for producing food products for Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on manufacturing efficiency and cost management.
This role oversees cost control, savings, and financial stewardship within the supply chain. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams across the factory and food business to achieve key results.
Main Responsibilities
* Finance lead in the Tatura Factory on performance management, risk governance, key strategic planning, and accountability.
* Drive end-to-end Supply Chain Finance agenda for Tatura Factory and Foods Business Unit to enable profitable growth.
* Provide analysis and actionable insights to the Foods Business Unit Leadership Team, Tatura Factory Leadership Team, and ANZ SC Finance Team.
* Key member of the ANZ SC Finance team, contributing to overall ANZ Finance and ANZ SCF agenda.
* Streamline SC Finance processes and strengthen Factory Finance capabilities.
* Collaborate with Procurement and R&D to assess risks and opportunities.
* Deliver ad-hoc projects including Capex investments, NPD business cases, and sourcing benchmarks.
