We are seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Meat Process Workers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in meat processing, production, or abattoir operations who are committed to safety, quality and teamwork. Minimum of 2 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform skilled tasks in the slaughter floor, boning room or packing areas
* Bone, trim, slice and prepare meat to company and customer specifications
* Operate knives and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and quality assurance standards
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
* Work effectively within a high-paced production environment
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in meat processing, butchering, boning, slicing or similar role
* Proficient knife handling and cutting skills (boning/slicing preferred)
* Understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
* Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment
* Willingness to work early starts and flexible hours as required

Pay: $25.50 – $37.00 per hour
