Spirit of Care in Wallaroo is looking for a Quality and Work Health and Safety Coordinator to join our community care team. This part-time role involves overseeing clinical quality and safety, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and leading training and audits.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an analytical approach, and experience in the health care sector. A strong understanding of the WHS Act and prior experience in mentoring staff will be vital for success.
