Overview
This is a senior marketing leadership role within a large-scale Purpose‐Built Student Accommodation portfolio, responsible for driving occupancy, brand performance and commercial success across a national estate.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role will shape and deliver the marketing strategy across multiple assets and locations, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives while enhancing the customer journey and brand positioning.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to business and portfolio goals
* Drive occupancy through effective acquisition and retention campaigns
* Lead multi‐site marketing activity across a diverse national portfolio
* Balance brand consistency with local market and asset‐level requirements
* Manage and develop stakeholder relationships, presenting strategy and performance updates
* Lead, inspire and develop a high‐performing marketing team
* Oversee digital marketing channels including CRM, paid media, SEO and automation
* Utilise data and analytics to inform decision‐making and optimise performance
* Maintain brand standards across all marketing touchpoints
* Manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and commercial outcomes
Skills & Experience
* Proven senior marketing leadership experience within PBSA or a related sector
* Strong track record of driving occupancy and commercial performance
* Experience operating within multi‐site or portfolio environments
* Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, data and performance analytics
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Commercially focused with the ability to manage multiple prioritie
