A seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant is required to serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Payroll solutions, specifically tailored to Australian payroll processes.
Job Description
This role involves leading Employee Central Payroll implementations, collaborating with global delivery teams, and working closely with clients to design, build, and support scalable payroll solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for guiding solution design and implementation, configuring and deploying Employee Central Payroll, liaising with clients for workshops and solution presentations, estimating efforts for proposed solutions, and owning delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, 8–10 years of experience in Australian payroll implementations and support, and a strong understanding of HCM processes and statutory compliance in Australia.
