We are seeking an experienced RTO Administration Officer to support our VET in Schools team.
About the Role
As a key member of our administration team, you will work closely with Head of Departments and Trainers to manage student administration throughout all stages of their training. This includes processing enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices, and processing completions and certificate issuance.
Key Responsibilities
* Process enrolments and supporting documentation
* Manage student records and ensure accurate data entry
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from schools and students within specified timeframes
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Comprehensive experience in VETiS administration
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
