This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to step into a pivotal support role, working closely with the Director Community Development and broader team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
As the Executive Assistant – Community Development, you will provide high-level administrative support, coordinate key activities, and contribute to the overall success of the directorate. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to be involved across a broad range of community initiatives. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, confidently balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
We are seeking someone who brings strong administrative and organisational capability, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across a range of stakeholders. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in your work. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset will be key to your success in this role, along with the ability to anticipate needs and support the team effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is highly regarded, with exposure to a local government environment viewed favourably.
Please note: This is a residential role based in Onslow. This position does not include housing or FIFO arrangements, and applicants must be able to secure accommodation independently.
