Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong ability to create engaging shopping experiences for customers
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions
* Multitasking and prioritization skills
* Leadership abilities and ambition
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
* Possession of a valid driver's license (manual preferred) for occasional deliveries
