Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager you'll take full ownership of a high-performing branch, leading people, safety, operations and profitability. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you balance operational discipline with customer growth and strong financial outcomes. Working closely with regional leaders and support teams, you'll deliver daily performance while positioning the business for sustainable growth across key market segments.

The Opportunity
You'll run the branch end‐to‐end. That means leading the team, delivering safe and efficient operations, growing customers, and owning the financial outcome. Working closely with regional leaders and support teams, you'll execute daily operations while setting the branch up for long‐term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a high‐performing team
* Creating a strong safety‐first, customer‐focused culture
* Driving customer growth and new business opportunities
* Full P&L ownership — costs, margins, inventory and debtors
* Daily production, scheduling and distribution performance
* Safety leadership and compliance across OHS and regulatory standards
* Implementing local business plans aligned to regional strategy
* Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

About You
* Proven operational leadership in industrial, manufacturing or logistics environments
* A disciplined, safety‐first mindset with experience in structured safety systems
* Commercial acumen with hands‐on P&L responsibility
* Sales or customer management experience (or the ability to build it fast)
* Confidence leading teams in fast‐paced, high‐accountability environments
