Your new role This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale federal ICT transformation program within a highly structured portfolio environment. Sitting within a centralised PMO, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery, governance, and performance of complex ICT initiatives across multiple workstreams. These roles go beyond traditional project support positions, with a strong focus on strategic delivery outcomes, governance alignment, and portfolio-level reporting. You will work across project and program teams to maintain high-quality documentation, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and support decision-making through accurate reporting and insights. Depending on your level, you may also contribute to program coordination, governance forums, continuous improvement of frameworks, and portfolio oversight activities, ensuring projects align with broader organisational and investment objectives.
