Partnerships / Business Development Manager – Emerging Markets

Our client is a FinTech company enabling clients to trade stocks, leveraged products, Futures & Options, and crypto.
What you'll do
* Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates and introducing partners
* Design compelling partner propositions, commission structures, and market‐specific strategies
* Track, analyse, and optimise partner performance and ROI
* Ensure regulatory compliance across all partnership activity
* Support integrated sales and marketing initiatives via partner channels
What you'll need
* 3+ years' experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development (financial services preferred)
* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
* Proven revenue and target achievement
* Experience managing high‐value clients and complex partnership agreements
* Excellent prospecting, consultative selling, and account management capability
* Degree in Finance or Banking, CFD industry knowledge, Cantonese or Mandarin fluency, and experience with platforms such as Impact or Cellxpert
