About the Role
This permanent part-time Care Aide role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, enhancing their participation in their own care where possible.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting etc.
* Assisting with medication administration and meal preparation.
* Offering domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks.
* Providing social support in the community.
* Following a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, requires unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously via a mobile app.
Servicing the Following Suburbs: Babbage Island, Brockman, Brown Range, Carnarvon, East Carnarvon, Greys Plain, Inggarda, Kingsford, Massey Bay, Morgantown, North Plantations, South Carnarvon, South Plantations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, or Disability (highly desirable).
* Relevant care worker experience, with a minimum of 3 months required for those with a relevant Certificate.
* A valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition.
* The ability to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $34.69 per hour, plus superannuation. You will also receive:
