The Role
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision and delivery of evidence-based, occupation-focused services in the Forensic Hospital. The Occupational Therapist will conduct discipline specific assessments and interventions within group and individual settings which contribute to the patient’s recovery and community reintegration.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
·Degree in Occupational Therapy.
·Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
Our location and service
The Forensic Hospital is a high-secure forensic mental health facility in Malabar, New South Wales, operated by Justice Health NSW. This facility provides specialist, therapeutic inpatient care for adults and adolescent forensic, correctional and high-risk civil patients. A comprehensive two week full time orientation is provided, with the next intake dates on 18 March 2024 and 27 May 2024
Salary & Benefits
Your salary $70,944 - $82,899 per annum plus superannuation is just the beginning.
