Executive Culinary Director Opportunity
The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations across both venues, managing daily service, food quality and kitchen performance.
Responsibilities Include:

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy pub or hotel environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a kitchen team.
* Solid understanding of stock management, ordering, and cost control processes.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and compliance standards.
