Executive Culinary Director Opportunity


The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations across both venues, managing daily service, food quality and kitchen performance.


Responsibilities Include:



* Managing inventory levels, ordering and cost control to maintain profitability and efficiency.

* Leading a high-performing kitchen team through mentorship, coaching and development opportunities.

* Developing and implementing seasonal menus that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, adhering to best practices in the industry.

* Maintaining excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements:



* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy pub or hotel environment.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a kitchen team.

* Solid understanding of stock management, ordering, and cost control processes.

* Commitment to delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and compliance standards.

* Creative flair with the ability to design and implement innovative menus.
