About The Role
* Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
* Drive performance across sales, labour, and guest experience
* Maintain and enforce high food quality and operational standards
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Shift Leaders and Crew
* Oversee rostering, labour management, and shift execution
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting from the front
* Manage team performance
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and brand standards
About You
* Has proven experience managing a fast-paced hospitality or QSR environment
* Leads from the front and is highly reliable when the team needs support
* Demonstrates strong leadership presence
* Takes pride in delivering high standards across food, service, and operations
* Has strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing KPIs and P&L
* Thrives under pressure and can adapt in a dynamic, high-energy environment
* Communicates clearly and builds a positive, performance-focused team culture
