As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting ambitious targets.
In this role, you will prioritize daily efforts that optimize performance and drive value for your customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and other regional teams, you'll share insights to ensure our technology meets the needs of farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting & Expansion: Sourcing new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels, as well as responding to inbound queries.
* Hitting Sales Targets: Manage your pipeline and meet high-growth targets by screening, qualifying, demonstrating the product, and successfully negotiating contracts with customers.
* Customer Success: Building lasting relationships with customers and providing post-sales value.
