About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Manager to join our fundraising team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of National Sponsorships and be responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of sponsors and supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pipeline development by identifying market trends and high-dollar value sponsorship opportunities.
* Retention and expansion of existing sponsorships, with a focus on financial growth.
* Proactive management of all contracted deliverables associated with sponsorships.
* Production of compelling reports, case studies, and renewal proposals highlighting sponsorship ROI.
* Collaboration with internal departments to maximise sponsor value.
* Assistance with events and activations as required.
* Development of team processes to support long-term growth.
Requirements:
* 3+ years demonstrated experience in Not-for-Profit sponsorship and commercial fundraising.
* Track record of driving corporate sponsorship revenue growth.
* Account management experience, activating sponsor deliverables with creativity and discipline.
* Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
* Collaborative personality with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills.
