Suzuki Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation (Japan), is one of Australia's most exciting automotive brands. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our Automobile Department at our Head Office in Laverton North.
Reporting to the Logistics Assistant Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting dealership logistics and ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for Suzuki dealerships regarding stock availability and logistics enquiries
* Assist in managing the end-to-end Order to Delivery process for new vehicles
* Coordinate vehicle transportation from wharf to dealerships
* Track and manage incoming vehicle shipments
* Manage company vehicle allocations
* Assist with the planning and coordination of special projects and events, including motor shows and new vehicle launches
* Analyse existing processes and recommend system improvements
* Prepare reports and conduct data analysis relating to vehicle stock
About You
* Strong computer skills with a particular focus on Excel and data analysis
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service
* Well-organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
