We are on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Draftsperson or Revit Modeller to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a senior or highly experienced professional with a strong background in residential drafting and Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive, high-quality construction documentation
* Conduct on-site home measures and site assessments
* Liaise with project partners and maintain proactive team communication
* Respond to drawing information requests
* Coordinate effectively with other consultant drawings
About You:
* Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting (or equivalent minimum qualification)
* 3–5 years of experience in residential drafting
* Excellent attention to detail and strong understanding of construction methods
* Customer-focused mindset and a belief that client satisfaction is key
* Self-motivated with strong time management skills and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
* A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work and drawings
* A current and valid driver's licence
* Permanent Residency in Australia
Role Purpose
The Revit Modeller / Draftsperson plays a key technical role in producing high-quality documentation for planning and building approval, coordinating consultants, and ensuring all technical aspects of the project are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated to all parties involved.
