Operational Coordinator
The Operational Coordinator role involves assisting the Project Manager in overseeing Defence and Government Business Units contracts. Key responsibilities include providing timely coordination of departmental operational requirements, planning operational service delivery, managing company SharePoint data, and updating databases for sub-agents and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating operational requirements to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Planning and implementing operational service delivery strategies.
* Managing company SharePoint data and ensuring compliance with business processes.
* Updating databases for sub-agents, suppliers, and port guides in ports where port services are provided by Defence and Government.
Requirements:
* Understanding of commercial logistic functions including transport services, port agency services, warehousing, and distribution.
* Exposure to maritime logistics and vessel planning is an asset.
* Excellent organisational and computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
* Working knowledge of contemporary procurement practices, data entry, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
