What You'll Do
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Content Coordinator to join our ecommerce team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave.
In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the online presence of our brand by planning, creating, and managing high-quality content across our website.
You'll help ensure our digital content not only informs but inspires our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital campaigns using website assets and components
* Develop digital content and manage multiple web campaigns from concept to launch
* Manage multiple digital platforms (app and websites)
* Support website customisation and optimisation with basic HTML and CSS knowledge
* Manage stakeholder expectations with strong communication skills
* Organise and plan tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience in developing digital content and managing web campaigns
* Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A growth mindset and ability to learn quickly
