As Director of Corporate Services, you'll play a vital role in shaping the strategy and ways of working for this respected and growing NGO.Your Seat at the Executive TableReporting directly to the CEO, you'll join Karralika's Executive Team and work alongside Clinical Directors and Program Leaders.
This role carries responsibility for corporate governance, people and culture, workforce wellbeing, and organisational sustainability — all while shaping strategy and strengthening partnerships.Key accountabilities include:Leading people and culture strategy (HR, WHS, IR, workforce wellbeing)Driving strategic planning, business development, and policy innovationSupporting governance, compliance, and financial sustainabilityBuilding stakeholder partnerships, income streams, and reputationRepresenting Karralika externally and contributing to sector thought leadershipChampioning values, inclusion, and people-first solutionsSetting You Up For SuccessIn your first weeks and months, you will:Work directly with the CEO to onboard into the executive teamBuild strong relationships across programs, governance groups, and partnersContribute to finalising our new Strategic Plan and begin shaping the Business PlanFamiliarise yourself with workforce structures, systems, and organisational cultureWithin 6–12 months, you will be leading:Delivery of strategic and business plan prioritiesDevelopment of a refreshed workforce strategy to boost attraction, retention, and wellbeingPartnerships and external engagement that elevate Karralika's profileImprovements in governance, compliance, and sustainability across corporate servicesIs This You?
