This key role reports directly to the General Manager and focuses on providing top-notch service to clients purchasing and building their dream homes with us.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
2. Prioritize client satisfaction through proactive communication, engagement, and relationship-building.
3. Maintain weekly sales performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
4. Evaluate and enhance the customer experience through regular surveys and feedback.
5. Contribute actively to fortnightly sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices.
6. Ensure display homes and inventory are presented professionally, showcasing our products in the best light.
7. Stay up-to-date on Contract of Sale Conditions to mitigate potential risks and ensure smooth transactions.
8. Advise clients on house design, upgrades, and marketing collateral, making informed decisions easier.
9. Support clients throughout the sales cycle, from quoting to handover, providing expert guidance every step of the way.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and exceeding expectations within set timeframes and budgets.
11. Manage client expectations, acting as a trusted advisor during the home-building process.
12. Assist clients with finance requirements, liaising with banks and brokers as needed to secure the right financing solutions.
13. Understand DA-CC and CDC approval requirements, ensuring seamless project delivery.
14. Lead with enthusiasm, proactivity, and a customer-focused approach, embodying our company culture.
15. Hold relevant industry qualifications and experience in residential New Home sales, staying ahead of market trends.
16. Regular travel is required to meet and serve clients, adapting to their needs and preferences.
17. Leverage industry-leading systems and software to streamline processes and stay organized.
18. Maintain a strong understanding of business, legal, and financial aspects of sales, driving success through informed decision-making.
19. Apply knowledge of real estate, property development marketing, and advertising techniques to create engaging campaigns.
